So after become a MAJOR slacker and not loosing (also not gaining) any weight in the past few months I am determined to get back on track!
This time I have hooked Chris into working out and going on a diet with me. Surprisingly this wasn't that hard since he played some Touch football last week and was sore for days he realized he might need to get into shape too :)
I made up a weigh in chart and I put it in the hall bathroom on the wall so anyone who enters will see it! That is one of my motivators . . . there is no way I will let my weight go up if I know it is out there for the world to see.
So here we go! I going to get back to counting my calories and exercising!
